Good Morning!! Sometimes our perception of what is going on, is different, from the reality of the situation. Today's scripture reminds us not to rely on what we think we know. Because so often, when things happen, we rely on our take on the situation. We feel hurt, or get angry, and we can't even imagine why the Lord would allow it. But again, in time, we hear the Lord gently telling us that; out of a seemingly bad situations, good can and will come.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding;—Proverbs 3:5 (NIV)
We do eventually see the good that has come from our enduring that difficulty. Most times, through it, we learn something important,..we had my faith deepened,...and better yet, we discover a new level of God's love. Then, we're sorry that we did not trust Him from the beginning.
We all need to be better at believing from the beginning, that God will bless us in each experience.
Our Father, in Heaven, help us to trust in You, regardless of how we feel, or what we think. We pray in Jesus' name. Amen.
"The Holy Spirit is the Comforter, the Helper, the Guide,...the very presence of God living in us."
