Good Morning, And A Great Friday!! Has your heart ever burned within you as if Jesus were speaking to you personally? Jesus left us His Word and His Holy Spirit,...and because the Holy Spirit lives within our hearts, we have the ablity to discern spiritual things.
The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.—John 1:14 (NIV)
If we have accepted Jesus into our hearts as our Savior, then we have His Spirit living within us. Through reading and studying the Bible,...we can understand His ways and grow in the knowledge of Him. Our lives will change,...not over night, but day by day. The more we eat from Him,...the more we look like Him.
Only through the Holy Spirit, are we able to comprehend, the true Word of God.
Sweet Spirit of God, we ask that You open our minds to understand the Scriptures, better. Set our hearts to burning for more of You, to the point that others can see, and want some too. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
