Love And Prayer, Go Hand In Hand

Good Morning, My Friend...I Know Someone Needs This, Just As Much As I Do!! Love and prayer are two of the most powerful weapons we possess,...but they are not designed to destroy,...instead they are meant to break through the darkness, creating a path for the light and love of Jesus Christ. As we face many enemies each day, both on a personal level, and among nations of the world, we have a tendency to disregard the power and ability of love and prayer.

The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.—2 Corinthians 10:4 (NIV)

We get discouraged when we pray, only to see the situation unchanged or even worsen, and when we love, only to have it trampled on and thrown back at us. Yet something mighty is happening, though it may be unseen, strongholds are being broken and brought down, hearts are being touched and changed. We must not allow ourselves to believe, even for one second, that the love we extend and the prayers that go forth are not making a huge difference in our personal situations,...and in the world.

Each and every prayer breaks down a stronghold,
...and each act of love touches a heart.

When a bomb is dropped, the results are immediate. Our prayers bomb the spiritual realm, and while we don't always see the repercussions of them,...it does not lessen their effectiveness.

"Blessed are those who can give without remembering,...and receive without forgetting."
