“Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you!—Isaiah 49:15 (NIV)
God
speaks this unalterable, unmistakable promise: even if our own
mothers were to turn against us, or forget us, yet He will never forget
us. Although in a fallen and sinful world, parents may neglect or
abuse their children, God will always nurture and prosper and provide
for His.
Though circumstances may deteriorate, though fathers may disappoint, though friends may forsake,...God will never let us go.
O' Lord, allow us to fall into Your ever-present, compassionate embrace today, and rest in the fact that You will never leave or forsake us. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
"Faith helps us walk fearlessly,
run confidently,
and live victoriously."
run confidently,
and live victoriously."
