Good Morning!! Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. had a dream,...about a better world, where all people were equal, and treated with respect. Many of us still share that dream today,...but it's not enough to only dream about such a world,...it's up to each of us to help bring it about.
Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility regard others as better than yourselves.—Philippians 2:3 (NRSV)
Many of this country's problems like crime, racism, and war are because we want to have more than others,...or see ourselves as better than others. But if we want to think like Jesus, we must look out for the interests of other people around us.
Do the right thing,...and speak out against injustice.
Now more than ever, we need to show love!
God of hope, show us our opportunities to make a better world. Help us to see others as we want, and need, to be seen. The Dream can become reality with Your help Fahter. Amen.
